Intel 10th Generation PCH is compatible with Comet Lake series processors. This series includes Intel Core i3, i5, i7, i9 and Intel Xeon processors. It has the LGA1200 socket type and is especially preferred in desktop and high-performance systems. The 10th Generation processors offer a higher core count and more advanced Turbo Boost technology.

Intel 10th Generation PCH covers the 400 and 500 series chipsets. These series are offered in a BGA package and have the following basic pin configurations:

The Intel 10th Generation PCH is usually in a 23 mm x 23 mm BGA package. The chip is manufactured with a lead-free solder ball composition (Sn-Ag-Cu). This structure complies with environmental standards while providing better thermal performance.

The maximum operating temperature of Intel 10th Generation PCH can reach up to 110°C. It usually operates at temperatures between 45°C and 90°C. Extra cooling solutions are recommended for high performance systems.

📦 Package Information
Intel 10th Generation PCH is available in BGA 1440 and BGA 1356 packages. These packages are soldered directly to the motherboard and cannot be replaced. Care must be taken in repair operations.
